These terms apply to the use of zentorq.pro and to all detailing services supplied by ZenTorq Detailing Sdn Bhd ("ZenTorq"). By using the website or booking a service you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a slot.
1. The service
ZenTorq is a vehicle detailing studio operating from Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. We supply services described on the website and may quote bespoke work for vehicles not covered by the standard menu. All quoted prices are inclusive of Malaysian sales tax where applicable.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us (typically by WhatsApp or email). A booking is held against your name, your registration plate, and a specific bay slot. Same-day cancellations may be charged at 30% of the quoted price; 24-hour cancellations are free of charge.
3. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The quoted price reflects the agreed scope. If, after starting work, we find a condition that materially changes the scope (e.g. previously hidden paint repair work), we will pause and confirm with you before proceeding. We will not increase price without your express agreement.
4. Vehicle delivery
You should deliver the vehicle clean of personal belongings or fragile items. We're not responsible for any items left in the cabin or boot. If we discover items, we'll set them aside in a sealed bag and return them at handover.
5. Risk & insurance
While the vehicle is in our bay it is covered by our public liability insurance. We will not move your vehicle off-site for any reason without written authorisation. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, the matter will be assessed and resolved through our insurer.
6. Coating warranties
Coating warranties (Crystal Serum Light, Crystal Serum 9H, EXO) are issued by the coating manufacturer and registered to the vehicle. The warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and require periodic inspections at our studio to remain valid. We will explain the schedule on completion of every coating job.
7. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service in dispute. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle.
8. Intellectual property
All written content, photographs and design elements on this website are the property of ZenTorq Detailing Sdn Bhd or used under licence. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts for review or commentary, but you may not republish substantial content without written consent.
9. Acceptable use of the website
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, or use the booking form for unsolicited messages. We reserve the right to block IP addresses or refuse service where these terms are misused.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute that can't be resolved by friendly conversation will be settled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
